These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.talentfirst.com.sg (the “Website”), operated by Talent First Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202622707W). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We are a licensed employment agency (Employment Agency Licence No. 26C3535). Our recruitment services to clients and candidates are governed by separate agreements and are not the subject of these Terms.

• Submission: any information, CV, application or material you submit through the Website.
• You: any person who accesses or uses the Website.

You agree not to:

• (a) use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is fraudulent or harmful;
• (b) post or transmit any false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content;
• (c) submit personal data of any third party without that person’s consent;
• (d) use any automated means (including scraping, bots or crawlers) to access, harvest or copy Content or candidate or vacancy data;
• (e) introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems; or
• (f) use vacancies, candidate details or other Content for any purpose other than a genuine application or recruitment enquiry.

• (a) You are responsible for ensuring that any Submission is accurate, current and not misleading, and that you are entitled to share it.
• (b) Personal data submitted through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice (see Section 10). Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless requested.
• (c) We may use, store and process Submissions for the purpose of providing recruitment services. We are not obliged to return any Submission or to respond to every enquiry or application.

All Content and the Website (including its design, layout, trade marks and logos) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products or services of any third-party site. Access to such sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

• (a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website.
• (b) Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website and these Terms will not exceed S$100.
• (c) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Singapore (including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
