Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Lead

About the Role

• We're hiring recruitment professionals across different levels, from Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant to Team Lead, Assistant Manager and Manager.
• For junior-level candidates, prior recruitment experience is not required.
• Candidates with experience in sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles are welcome to apply, with training and mentorship provided.
• For experienced recruiters and leaders, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow your own portfolio, develop new business, mentor team members and take on broader team responsibilities depending on your experience and seniority.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer management.
• Conduct reference checks and support salary negotiations.
• Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interviews.
• Develop new business opportunities through business development, networking, and client outreach.
• Build and manage your own client and candidate portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.
• For senior and leadership hires, mentor junior consultants, support team performance, and contribute to business growth and team development.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Experienced recruiters with a proven track record in billing, client development, or team leadership may be considered for Senior Consultant, Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Manager positions.
• Certified Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
