Process Engineer (Precision Engineering / CNC Manufacturing)

Location: West Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans, work instructions and production procedures.
• Create and maintain process routing information in the ERP system for new production orders.
• Collaborate with CNC programming and production teams on new product introduction (NPI) and first article (FA) activities.
• Review existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Support quality investigations, material reviews and corrective action initiatives.
• Prepare process documentation, including FMEA, process control plans and technical instructions.
• Evaluate manufacturing requirements for new products and establish suitable production methods.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in precision engineering, metal fabrication or CNC machining environments.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes and programming.
• Familiarity with manufacturing process planning, NPI and quality documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems and FMEA will be advantageous.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
