Basic Salary: Up to $2,700/month
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate air freight and sea freight shipments
Arrange and monitor shipment schedules
Liaise with business customers (B2B) on shipment matters
Handle customer enquiries and complaints, including shipment delays
Communicate with local and overseas clients via email and phone
Provide timely updates and maintain customer satisfaction
