HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Job Details:

• 5 day work week

• Salary: Up to $4500

• Working Location: Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and recruitment events

• Support local and overseas recruitment activities, including Polytechnic/ITE engagements and job fairs

• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and maintain company-wide job descriptions

• Administer employee benefits, claims, leave, medical, insurance and work injury compensation

• Support performance appraisals, salary increments, bonuses and HR system administration

• Handle Work Pass applications/renewals, contract renewals and related government matters

• Support employee relations, disciplinary cases, onboarding, exit interviews and repatriation

• Coordinate employee accommodation, uniforms and staff engagement activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management/HR operations; healthcare or service industry experience is an advantage

• Proficient in HRIS and AI tools
