Customer Service (hotel)

Benefits:

• Basic salary up to $3,200
• 12-hour rotating shifts (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

Responsibilities:

• Handle front office operations, including guest check-in/out and room status updates.
• Perform cashiering, payment collection and shift closing.
• Attend to guest enquiries via phone, email and counter.
• Assist with reservations, room checks and other hotel operations as required.
