Working Hour:

• Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
• Location: Penjuru area

Responsibilities:

• Arrange shipments and track shipments
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and delivery records
• Liaise with local and overseas customers
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints regarding shipment status, delivery schedules and logistics services.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
