Cloud Support Engineer

Cloud Support Engineer (L2/3)

• Basic Range up to SGD 7,000 / monthly.

  Remote Working.

  Regional work exposure and opportunities.

  Responsibilities:

• Managing L2 and L3 cloud support cases.
• Conduct troubleshoot backup, restore, migration, and disaster recovery in Kubernetes environments.
• Identify the failures related to storage targets, cloud integrations, and Kubernetes resources.
• Review logs components and Kubernetes clusters.
• Prepare regional backup and migration.
• Assist with customers' backup and recovery.

Requirements

• Experienced technical support role, ideally at L2 or/and L3
• Experienced with Kubernetes.
• Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Experienced with Linux environment.
• Experienced with CI/CD environment
• Familiar with backup, restore, disaster recovery or data protection products.
• Database management experience such as MongoDB.
